Taxpayers give big banks 4 trillion dollar line of 'bailout' credit
Thanks Barney Frank for giving the banks access to $4 Trillion in bailout funds for the next time the bankers decide to over leverage, gamble, and lose. But we don't want them to lose, so this $4 Trillion should guarantee that the taxpayer covers the bulk of their losses.
